Fitness is a weird science.

Since last April I have been on a crusade to "get in shape". To put myself in that mindset and try to find information about "how to get in shape", I started reading Oxigen magazine, trying to find info on the net, etc. I'm telling ya, trying to find information in order to build a plan is the ultimate challenge. Who to trust?

I started with Weight Watchers. Yeah, I know, I never thought I would do that but it worked. I went from 139.5lb to 121.3lb [dressed, no shoes :P] in ten weeks. After that, a lot of people were telling me:"don't loose any more weight", making me feel guilty for wanting to be in the best shape I can. I mean, it's not like I am even thin or anything! I am only 5'4", and I have a small frame, light bones, so I am still a size 6 and I am nowhere near seing my abs. I am about 22% body fat. (There are ways to measure how big your bones are and how much they acount for your weight: basically you need to measure your a part of you with little fat or muscle on - for example the wrist, or the elbow- and then you can extrapolate your frame size...) Anyway, since then, I have been keeping my goals to myself, but it makes it much harder to attain as I have a hard time keeping focus: I often fall of the wagon...
